Justin Bieber and Kodak Black sued by men who were shot outside of LA restaurant, in 2022, where Bieber had concert after-party

Kodak Black and Justin Bieber sued over 2022 LA shooting
Last February, Kodak Black ended up getting shot in the leg, after an altercation ensued after someone in his crew got jumped by someone. Kodak stepped in, and as a result, he and two others were shot.
This shooting occurred outside of The Nice Guy, which is a popular restaurant in Los Angeles. Kodak and Justin Bieber made appearances there, for the weekend of the Super Bowl. Bieber had a concert afterparty event at The Nice Guy.
However, the two men who were shot, are now suing Kodak and Justin, according to TMZ. These men are Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman. They’re claiming that Kodak caused the shooting, by escalating the situation. They’re also said to have sustained severe injuries. Security at The Nice Guy allegedly didn’t do their jobs either, in terms of providing a safe environment.
In addition to Kodak and Justin, Shaefer and Rahman are during The Nice Guy, The Hwood Group, Revolve Group, the City of Los Angeles, the City of West Hollywood and Los Angeles County. They’re seeking a specified amount of damages in this lawsuit.
But, Kodak’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, doesn’t believe that this lawsuit has a strong case, and will be dismissed quickly.
“I have seen a lot of bad complaints in my day. This is the most poorly drafted complaint I have seen in 26 years. I expect Kodak to be dismissed from this suit fairly quickly.”
