Until this year, K. Michelle was the “Love & Hip Hop” success story. She was the first person to emerge from the platform and go onto have a successful music career. However, Cardi B broke all of K. Michelle’s records, this summer.
When Cardi B dropped “Bodak Yellow,” most people felt it was a hot, summer club banger. However, this song went onto become so much more. As of yesterday, “Bodak Yellow” is the number one song in the nation, which both Lil’ Kim and Nicki Minaj agree to.
However, Azealia Banks has a problem with this, and she spent the whole day deriding Cardi B, for no reason. After an onslaught of insults, finally Cardi B spoke out, prompting Azealia Banks to only get nastier with her comments. Not to worry, K. Michelle came to her defense, and shut Banks down.
