Back taxes have been the downfall of urban entertainment. It’s impossible to name everybody, but unpaid taxes sent Ja Rule, Wesley Snipes, Young Buck, and Fat Joe to prison. According to the rumors from this morning, unpaid taxes would also be sending reality star, K. Michelle, to prison if she didn’t pay up.
According to the rumor mill, K. Michelle owes $52,000 in back taxes, which isn’t as bad as the others mentioned. The rumors suggested K. Michelle never gave them anything for the years of 2008 and 2009. K. Michelle owes $47,700 from 2008 and she owes an additional $4,700 from 2009, as TMZ states.
In response to this, K. Michelle has nothing but a laugh. She did congratulate the media on their attempt to bring her down, but there is nothing stopping this. K. Michelle has a few of the hottest radio singles out and a chart-topping album that was met with rave reviews, so she addressed the situation on Instagram.
