Dating back to her “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” days, K. Michelle said she wanted to do country music. But, the labels she was signed to pushed her to do R&B. As most remember, her first label deal fell through, but with Atlantic Records, K. Michelle flourished.
However, K. Michelle fell out of love with Atlantic, in 2017, blaming them for her leaving VH1, in 2016. All along, the network helped her promote her music, as she was their most-viable star. Since last year, K has been back, via “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood.”
After her confrontation with Toenay, K. Michelle got back down to business. Putting the finishing touches on her new album, an R&B effort, K has now gone country. She met with the singer from Sugar Land, gave some vocals, and Twitter is here for it, saying K can sing her a** off!
