Kali discusses Toxic Chocolate EP and more at Rolling Loud

Kali has become another star, out of Atlanta. In 2022, Kali has enjoyed breakout success. The Atlantic Records signee has released two projects, over the past year. Kali got things going in January 2021, with her This Why They Mad Now EP. As a result, Kali had a lot of momentum coming into 2022. In light of this, Kali garnered a lot of major label attention.

Kali delivered her Toxic Chocolate EP, which contained her breakout 2021 hit single, “MMM MMM,” featuring ATL Jacob. The project was released this past spring. Kali’s buzz continued to soar after that point, and it eventually led to her being selected to XXL’s Freshman Issue, where she delivered a freestyle full of impressive bars.

Kali spoke to Hip-HopVibe.com, before her Rolling Loud Miami set last week. During the interview, Kali discussed a myriad of topics. This included the making of the title of her Toxic Chocolate project and creating the “MMM MMM” single with ATL Jacob. In addition, Kali talked about signing to Atlantic Records, working on her debut studio album, her upcoming “Wet” single, and more.
