Kandi Burruss shows how Phaedra Parks’ lies ruined her life

It’s always tough to find a person, consider them a friend, let them in, and then realize they were never a friend. This is what Kandi has gone through, repeatedly, so it seems. Watching the Xscape series really shows how close Kandi and Tamika were, until Tamika lied on her. Tamika’s sister, LaTocha, had issues with Kandi. As a result, they made up rumors of Kandi having an affair with Jermaine Dupri’s father.

Kandi Burruss has always been open about the relationship she had with Jermaine Dupri. The accusations were a reason she left Xscape. After that, Kandi joined “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” where she hit it off with Phaedra Parks. A few years later, Porsha Williams joined, and Kandi and Phaedra befriended her. Not long after that, Kandi was the outsider, again, being lied on by both girls.

Kandi would be vindicated, in that one, with Phaedra being exposed, and removed from the show. Since then, Porsha has ended the friendship with Phaedra and has pushed to reunite with Kandi, rebuffed each time. This morning, Kandi posted a long Instagram post, quoting a fan’s comment, explaining why she’s like that.
