Kanye West and Kim Kardashian officially file lawsuit against Chad Hurley for leaking proposal footage

Kanye West rapped about it with Keri Hilson and Ne-Yo on Hilson’s “Knock You Down” and now he’s living it with Kim Kardashian. For those who don’t remember the song, the premise was love coming when one least expected it. Both Kim Kardashian and Kanye West had many other lovers, but found something special in each other.

Nicknamed KimYe by the media, the couple has a little family with baby North West being at the center of it. Since Kanye West got Kim Kardashian pregnant and referred to her as his “baby mama” when the pregnancy was revealed, many wondered when he’d propose. With Kim’s 0-2 marriage record, some thought they’d live in sin.

Kanye West’s response to this was “of course I was going to propose to her,” but their moment was crashed by Chad Hurley. When the proposal footage leaked, there were rumors of KimYe wanting to sue. These rumors were confirmed, as the couple signed a contract with all their guests to not take pictures or videos.
