Kanye West & Ty Dolla $ign’s “Vultures” remains at No. 1 in US
Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign continue to dominate with their new joint album, “Vultures 1.” This was released earlier this month, and went on to debut at number one in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. 16 songs were available in total, including collaborations with Travis Scott, Quavo, Lil Durk, YG, Chris Brown, and even Kanye’s daughter North West.
Meanwhile, Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s Vultures 1 has remained at number one in the US, for a second straight week. This comes as a result of selling over 75,000 additional units. 223,000 units have been sold in total, since Vultures 1’s initial release. Furthermore, this album also becomes the first album to spend multiple weeks at number one on the Billboard 200, since Kanye’s “Watch the Throne” with Jay-Z in 2011, per Chart Data.
The second installment of Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign’s Vultures series will also be released on March 8. That would be six days before their headlining performance at Rolling Loud California. The two got added to the festival earlier this month, as they will headline a fourth day of it.
