Kanye West being investigated for battery, in Los Angeles, as he allegedly punched a fan [VIDEO]

This morning, Kanye West trended on social media again. This was due to being spotted with Julia Fox, Antonio Brown, Madonna, and Floyd Mayweather. Now, Ye may be getting caught up in a legal situation.

According to TMZ and Fox 11, Kanye LAPD is investigating him for a battery case. He was listed as a suspect, as Ye allegedly got into an argument with a fan, and ended up punching him. The fan allegedly ended up landing on the ground. The fan supposedly wanted Ye’s autograph.

This incident is said to have happened in downtown LA around 3AM. This was near the SoHo Warehouse. The situation is being labeled as a misdemeanor battery charge, which could give Kanye six months in prison.

A video has since been leaked, of Kanye yelling yell, “Did y’all say that or not? Did y’all say that or not?” “Cuz that’s what happened right f****** now.” Prior to the incident, Ye was reportedly at Delilah, in West Hollywood, with Julia Fox. He ended up leaving the venue by himself though, as Fox stayed.
