Kanye West has definitely built a massive empire outside of music, with his Yeezy clothing and sneaker brand. He’s also partnered with Balenciaga, on clothing such as DMX tribute apparel, this year. He also recently released new hoodies, in partnership with GAP.
In a new interview with social media personality, Chris Smoove, Smoove asked Ye how much the clothing that he was wearing at the time, cost. Ye had no idea, when asked about his hat, hoodie, or shoes. But, when asked about the watch he had on, Ye knew about its $200,000 price tag.
The location for this interview was set at Connecticut’s Grace Farms. This is described as a “humanitarian and cultural center,” which is centered on “nature, arts, justice, community, and faith initiatives.”
Kanye is also opening up his “Donda Academy,” in Southern California. He has already recruited some top basketball players, such as Jahki Howard, who is transferring from Norcross, GA. Applications are also reportedly available for students to fill out, now.
