For the past month, Kanye West has been promoting his 11th studio album, “Donda 2.” He appeared to hint at actually releasing this album on time for once, as he planned for a February 22 date.

Last week. Kanye dropped a huge announcement on fans, as that was that Donda 2 would only be available on the Stem Player. Ye explained how artists don’t get good percentages from sales on streaming platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify and YouTube, and that Stem Player was the best option for him. Fans would have to pay $200, for this app. Ye has since supposedly made 2.2 million, from these Stem Player sales.

“Donda 2 will only be available on my own platform, the Stem Player. Not on Apple Amazon Spotify or YouTube. Today artists get just 12% of the money the industry makes. It’s time to free music from this oppressive system. It’s time to take control and build our own. Go to stemplayer.com now to order.”
February 22 is now here, and of course, Kanye still hasn’t put out Donda 2. This was the case lasts summer as well, as he delayed his “Donda” album twice. That came after Kanye had three album listening events. Tonight though, he is having a “Donda 2” concert at Miami’s LoanDepot Park. After that event, there could be the possibility that the album is released.
