Kanye West faces no charges after throwing photographer’s phone

Kanye West ran into various confrontations regarding paparazzi, in the first few months of 2023. He discussed with them how he hates being recorded, including when he’s around his loved ones. One incident even arose where Kanye threw a photographer’s phone, in late January. As a result, Kanye was listed in a battery investigation.

However, Kanye will now not be facing any charges from this incident, according to TMZ. The Ventura Co. District Attorney’s Office confirmed this, as the woman who was inside the car, who lost her phone to Ye, decided to not press any charges.

It was also revealed that the only damage the phone had, was the case that was covering it. This incident was also going down as Kanye was on his way to his daughter North’s basketball game. Ye even ended up going to a local police department, to speak about the paparazzi that’ve been following him.

Kanye also made huge news at the start of 2023, as it was revealed that he’s already married again. This was to Bianca Censori, who was a Yeezy architectural designer. Kanye’s divorce to Kim Kardashian was finalized last fall, after Kim initially filed for divorce, in February 2021.
