Initially, Kanye West was due to release his next album last year. But, the album release didn’t happen as planned. Instead, Kanye West was all over headlines for his and Kim Kardashian’s goals of having more children and building a big enough house for their growing family.
Kanye West, however, has not stopped recording since Yeezus was released during the summer of 2013. His G.O.O.D. Music label has thrived, also, with Teyana Taylor finally releasing her debut album. Also, his Detroit artist, Big Sean, is experiencing a lot of success.
While Kanye West has kept silent on the music front, it’s not as if he hasn’t been working. Next week, Kanye West is set to surprise the game with a G.O.O.D. Music EP, presumably built off outtakes of his new album. Meanwhile, this new album is expected to be released this year, as he has completed the new opus.
