Kanye West has recently been trending due to his upcoming joint album with Ty Dolla $ign, “Vultures.” This project is currently set to be released on December 31, after over a month and a half of he and Ty Dolla finalizing a date for it. Furthermore, the two also initially planned listening events, in November. But, a tracklist was posted by Ty Dolla, earlier this month.

Moreover, Kanye has also been holding raves to promote Vultures, as tickets for these have cost fans $2,000 each. However, the Las Vegas rave which was set to take place last week ended up being shut down by police.

Meanwhile, Kanye has other business to settle on the west coast. According to TMZ, he is now selling his 4,000 square-foot Malibu, CA home for $53 million. However, this home has not completed its recent renovations by Ye, as there are no windows or electricity, at the moment. This comes after Kanye initially purchased the property for $57 million, a few years ago. “Selling Sunset” star Jason Oppenheim recently listed this home for Ye.

Of course, Kanye is still being sued by the project manager of this home, though. This is Tony Saxon, who filed this lawsuit due to Ye getting rid of the plumbing, electricity and HVAC aspects of the property. Saxon added that he worked 16 hours a day, and even slept on the floor, to help with the remodeling.
