Kanye West hasn’t given up on his bid for the White House but he has continued to miss deadlines to appear on states’ ballots and he has gotten kicked off some states’ due to invalid signatures. West was getting kicked off of the Wisconsin ballot last month and now, it turns out he missed that deadline as well.

According to TMZ, a circuit court magistrate stated this week that West was late to submit his Wisconsin petition with signatures. In fact, he missed it by 14 seconds past the hour of 5pm.

“The court believes at the time a grandfather clock rings out five times is the moment it is 5 p.m” said Judge John Zakowski. “Any time after that is precisely that: after 5 p.m. The court used the analogy of midnight. There is significant difference between 11:59:59 p.m. and one second after midnight. The passage of a second after midnight confers an entirely new day.”

West’s goal to reach the White House is pretty much toast at this point. He said on Twitter that the goal is to win and not just sway votes away from Joe Biden for Donald Trump. At this point though, dropping out is the best decision for him and should be done in the best interest of this crucial election. People need focus on getting Trump out.

West also made headlines this week when he thanked Black conservative, Candace Owens, for giving him a copy of her new book. This book bashes Democrats and everyone knows that Ye would sadly appreciate that since he’s MAGA, too.
