Kanye West reunites with Jay-Z, on “DONDA” album, officially ending beef

In 2016, Kanye West was seemingly going through an all-time low. Early in the year, he admitted being $53 million in debt, and he ended the year by putting Jay-Z on blast. There was distance between the two, for some time, but Jay addressed it, on Meek Mill’s “What’s Free?,” saying they were on good terms.
Jay-Z would also do his Rap Radar interview, where he said that he and Kanye West were back on good terms. Later, the two would make public appearances, together. But, in the more recent years, Kanye has taken the spotlight, for himself, making major moves with his Yeezy apparel company.
Kanye West returned to the music, with DONDA, his tenth studio album. This album is loaded with features, including one from Jay-Z, which has come as a surprise to some fans. Though the Roc Boys have been on good terms, for the past three years, many count this as the official end of their beef.
