Kanye West says he won’t have a phone until “Donda 2” is out
Earlier this week, Kanye West confirmed that his “Donda 2” album is on the way. The official release date is scheduled for February 22, and will be executive produced by Future.
Donda is led by Kanye’s “Eazy,” single ft. The Game. In a new video posted to social media on Friday, he also made it known how focused he is. Kanye says that he won’t be having a cellphone on him until February 22. This is obviously the date of the Donda 2 release.
“I don’t have a phone until two, twenty-two, twenty-two,” he said a video. “My focus is taking my kids to school and finishing the album.”
Kanye revealed this message, all while appearing to be receiving some sort of physical therapy session. Donda 2 will also mark the second album released by Ye, in less than a year. Last August, the first Donda album was released, and became Kanye’s 10th consecutive number one album. Three album listening events went on to be held in stadiums, with two being in Atlanta, and the final one taking place in Kanye’s hometown of Chicago.
The “Donda” rapper also made headlines to start 2022, as he’s dating actress, Julia Fox. The two were first spotted on a dinner date together, on New Year’s Day, in Miami.
