Kanye West Urges California Residents To Write His Name In For President on Ballots

Kanye West is starting to appear as a vice presidential candidate on ballots in states with Roque “Rocky” De La Fuente. These states weren’t able to list Ye as a presidential candidate and he and De La Fuente didn’t even agree to become running mates.

West has since been encouraging people to write his name in as a presidential candidate on ballots and he is doing this for California as well, according to TMZ. He reportedly sent a note out to residents saying that this is his goal and not to be a VP.

“I am campaigning to be the next President of our great country — not Vice President. The political party in California that listed my name as its VP candidate has done so without my knowledge. Californians, I ask for your vote for President and urge you to write in ‘Kanye West.”

We are now 24 days away from Election Day but West still isn’t giving up. For now, he is still selling campaign merchandise and calling for voters to support him. Hopefully, people realize how important this election is and don’t play around by actually casting ballots for West or Donald Trump. Luckily though, California has always been a blue state and Democrats win fairly easily in elections there.
