Keke Palmer claims Darius Jackson almost hit her with a car
Last weekend, it was revealed that Keke Palmer was granted a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend and baby daddy, Darius Jackson. This comes amid claims that he physically abused her on multiple occasions, including a November 5 incident. Furthermore, footage surfaced of that incident, as well as Jackson taking Palmer’s phone. Therefore, Palmer’s mother is also said to have threatened to shoot Jackson.
Meanwhile, Palmer is speaking on further incidents in which Jackson was abusive to her. According to The Jasmine Brand, recent court documents state that Jackson would often easily get jealous, which resulted in him calling her a “slut” and a “whore.”
“If we were at a party or event, and I spoke with one person too long or looked at someone a ‘certain way,’ he would storm off in a rage — telling me I was [a] ‘slut’ and a ‘whore,’ accuse me of cheating on him, and that I did not love him. Darius had a way of gaslighting me to make me feel like I was doing something wrong even though I wasn’t.”
In addition to this, Jackson also allegedly almost injured Palmer with his car. That came as a result of Palmer attempting to flee her home, after he assaulted her. This all comes after Palmer gave birth to her and Jackson’s first child, earlier this year. Palmer intiialy announced the pregnancy in December 2022, while hosting “Saturday Night Live.”
