Keke Palmer files restraining order on boyfriend after abuse claims

It appears that Keke Palmer is finally done with her boyfriend/baby daddy, Darius Jackson. After many believed that they reconciled after Jackson bashed Palmer for her outfit at an Usher concert in Las Vegas, a retraining order is now in effect.

According to US Weekly, Palmer has filed a restraining order. This is as a result of her claiming she has security footage of a November 5 incident in which Jackson allegedly trespassed into Palmer’s home without her knowledge or consent. Furthermore, he’s said to have threatened her before lunging for her neck, striking her, throwing her over the couch and stealing her phone.

Moreover, Palmer added that she experienced “many instances of physical violence” with Jackson. These have included destroying her personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing her belongings into the street, throwing her car keys to prevent her from driving away, hitting her in front of their son, spewing profanities about her to their son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I she him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.

As a result, Palmer revealed that the relationship finally ended, in October. She cited the “physical and emotional abuse” inflicted on her. Palmer initially gave birth to their first child, in February, after announcing the pregnancy in December 2022. That was when she was hosting an episode of “Saturday Night Live.”
