Kendrick is back; Twitter says #DAMN is the return of the old Kendrick, not the new Kendrick and that Kendrick Lamar is the best rapper of all-time

After two years out of the spotlight, Kendrick Lamar has released his third major label album. In 2011, Kendrick Lamar rose to fame after co-signs from Game and Snoop Dogg. This led Kendrick into the office of the man who put Compton on the map, Dr. Dre.

Kendrick Lamar signed to Aftermath/Interscope, leading to his TDE label getting a joint venture with Interscope. In 2012, Kendrick Lamar released his major label debut album. After having a huge summer, where he was given the keys to the game, Kendrick took a break.

While many loved To Pimp A Butterfly, many liked 2012 Kendrick and the Section.80 Kendrick of years prior. The popular rapper has hit the nail on the head with his latest album, as all fans are here for it. They have flooded Twitter with praise for Kendrick, saying the old Kendrick is back, and that he’s the greatest rapper in the game.
