Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q discuss upcoming albums and Pharrell with Billboard [VIDEO]

Among the breakout stars of 2011 were Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q. Last year, Kendrick Lamar’s Section.80 album was a critical and commercial success. Despite the success of the album, Kendrick Lamar said he did not want it to be his official debut album. Instead, Kendrick Lamar decided to prepare a proper debut album in 2012 for his fans.

ScHoolboy Q also was met with much success in 2011 and released his Setbacks album last year. More recently, ScHoolboy Q released his Habits and Contradictions album. Both rappers are pushing their 2011 releases, while focused on their 2012 projects. Recently, the two rappers discussed their projects with Billboard.
