Kendrick Lamar Lists Eastvale, CA, Family Home, For $800,000

Kendrick Lamar fans are still anxiously awaiting when he will finally put out new music. The TDE rapper hasn’t released new material since being part of the “Black Panther” movie soundtrack. His last studio album was “DAMN,” which was a number one album in 2017 and won a Pulitzer Prize.

Now, Kendrick is focusing on some of his real estate properties. According to TMZ, he has put up his 4-bed, 2.5-bath home for in Eastvale for sale, which is located in the the Inland Empire area of California. This is a property that he purchased for his family in 2014. It was also built way back in 2006.

This home is being listed for $800,000, as it is 3,500 square feet and contains a 3-car garage and  a BBQ area as well. Kendrick initially purchased the property for $523,400. Currently, he is enjoying a $10 million home in Manhattan Beach as well, per TMZ.

Kendrick’s family is still well taken care of. This home has been empty for a while, as he purchased them a $2.65 million home in Calabasas a few years ago.
