Kendrick Lamar possibly releasing “good kid, m.A.A.d. city” movie

Two years ago, Kendrick Lamar was preparing the world for his breakout debut album, good kid, m.A.A.d. city. It’s been well over a year since the album dropped, yet it is still impacting the game. TDE, however, is currently focused on getting the new ScHoolboy Q album, Oxymoron, out.

Kendrick Lamar had several hit singles off the album, which kept him hot well into the summer of 2013. But, since this period of time, Kendrick Lamar has fallen from the spotlight. Early on, Kendrick Lamar made it clear he did not feel any rush to come back and put something new out.

Going on two years, maybe Kendrick Lamar now does feel the need to put something new out. There have been rumblings of Kendrick Lamar dropping a new album later this year and yesterday some new rumors came out. Rumor has it, Kendrick Lamar met with Spike Lee while both were in New Orleans for the 2014 NBA All-Star Game to discuss the potential of this.
