All the talk of Los Angeles hip hop is Kendrick Lamar, though there are a number of other rappers who are getting themselves out there. Last fall, Kendrick Lamar released his album, good kid, m.A.A.d. city. Instead of pushing to create another album, Kendrick decided to continue promoting his debut album.
Kendrick Lamar pushed “Poetic Justice” with Drake to platinum status and he is currently promoting “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe” remix with Jay-Z. Continuing the promotion of his album, Kendrick Lamar has nothing new in the works. Instead, Kendrick Lamar has more plans of promoting his last album.
On May 4, Kendrick Lamar will conclude his spring tour with Aoki. Returning from this tour, Kendrick Lamar will launch his world tour on May 5 in West Palm Beach. From there, Kendrick Lamar, along with ScHoolboy Q, Snoop Dogg, and more, will perform around the world, including Los Angeles at Staples’ Center.
