Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” played at NBA On TNT Halftime Show
On Tuesday, Kendrick Lamar had social media buzzing, after issuing a response to Drake’s multiple diss tracks against him. This was “Euphoria,” as fans are already labeling this record as one of the best diss songs in hip-hop history.
Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar’s Euphoria song is also reaching even bigger audiences. On Wednesday night, it was heard playing at the start of the NBA On TNT halftime show, as it was after the first half of the Dallas Mavericks vs Los Angeles Clippers game.
As a result, Kenny Smith jokingly went on to say that he, Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, and Shaquille O’Neil all got caught in the middle of a rap beef. Moreover, Shaq also went on to chuckle a bit, at Smith’s comments about Kendrick’s Euphoria playing.
As for the Mavs vs Clippers game, the Mavs easily earned a 123-93 victory. This was a game in which Kawhi Leonard didn’t play, due to inflammation in his knee. This is the third game of the series that he’s missed, as Dallas now holds a 3-2 series lead.
