April 14 will mark the three-year anniversary of Kendrick Lamar’s fourth studio album, ‘DAMN.’ This project solidified Lamar as a legend as it was led by the singles “Humble,” “Loyalty” featuring Rihanna, and “Love.” DAMN has also since been certified 3x platinum in the United States.

As we near its three-year anniversary, DAMN has officially spent three consecutive years on the Billboard 200 chart, according to Chart Data. At the time of its release, it also debuted on the top spot of the chart. This is also the last album released by Lamar as fans anxiously hope for a new project in 2020.

DAMN solidified Lamar into a mainstream audience as well as he’s regarded as one of the best artists of all-time. He continues to get better at his craft ever since the release of his “Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City” album in the fall of 2012.
