That year was when the team began competing for playoff spots. Between 2013 and 2019, the Warriors made the playoffs every year.

Quickly, the Warriors began winning championships, going to the Finals, every year from 2015 until 2019. The Warriors would win three out of those five appearances. Along the way, the guys became superstars.

Draymond Green emerged as the anchor of the Golden State Warriors, during their Finals runs. He was the vocal leader of the team, and the star of the 2016 NBA Finals, recently crowning himself the “greatest defender in NBA history.” Continuing their feud, Kendrick Perkins called this out, citing Hakeem Olajuwon, Ben Wallace, and Kevin Garnett as better defenders.
