Kendu Isaacs responds to Mary J. Blige’s #BETAwards performance, saying he doesn’t understand why she aired their personal business out in public

Tonight, Mary J. Blige performed at the BET Awards, and she really tore the place down. Her performance had her going very personal with her lyrics. As everyone knows, she and her husband, Kendu Isaacs, went through a tough divorce.

Kendu Isaacs reportedly filed a suit demanding $30,000 a month in spousal support and won. With that being the rumor, Mary J. having to pay him like that would warrant an insult or two. As she’s always done, she spoke her heart in her performance.

Following this, and the backlash, Kendu Isaacs has spoken out. No question, the spotlight is on him after this performance. Taking to Instagram, he said he wishes he and Mary could talk about things.
