Understand, there is one more game the Warriors have to win before being the 2017 NBA champions. No way can this team ever live down being the first team in NBA history to blow a 3-0 lead after being the first team in NBA history to blow a 3-1 Finals lead. Too much pressure.
If there is an apparent Finals MVP for this series, it’s Kevin Durant. But, that doesn’t discount the efforts of LeBron James and Steph Curry during this series. There was a lot of flack for Kevin Durant choosing to leave Oklahoma City, but this was why.
Kevin Durant did an interview ahead of Game 4, where he spoke on everything. No question, this year was Kevin Durant’s best-season, topping the 60-22 season the Thunder had, back in 2014. In this interview, KD spoke on his motivation, decision, and focus.
