One of the most-celebrated executives in the industry, Kevin Liles, has had his hand in many of the biggest movements. Anyone who watched the Dame Dash documentary saw Kevin Liles on there. In that video, it shed light into why Roc-A-Fella Records ended.

Kevin Liles had a much better relationship with Murder Inc. Records, as he and Irv Gotti remain friends. But, he and Lyor Cohen would leave their longtime label home of Def Jam for Atlantic Records. Now, they work as the co-chairs of 300 Ent.

Recently, Kevin Liles stopped by Hot 97, speaking with Nessa. In their conversation, he spoke on the labels he worked closely with, Roc-A-Fella, Murder Inc., and Def Jam. He also discussed his Freestyle 50 series.
