Kevin Samuels died due to hypertension
Back in May, Kevin Samuels shocked social media once again. That time, it was due to the news that the YouTube personality passed away, Samuels was 57-years-old, at the time of his death.
Samuels was said to have been in his Atlanta apartment, with an alleged 32-year-old nurse. Initial reports claimed that she said Samuels was going through chest pain, and soon became unconscious, while falling on her.
According to TMZ, more details are now surfacing, regarding Samuels’ death. The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office states that he died as a result of hypertension, which stems from high blood pressure. The report added that “Evidence of hypertension includes a heart whose chambers are thicker than normal.”
The ME went on to state that Samuels was taking Atenolol, to treat the hypertension. Overall, his death was ruled as a result of natural causes.
Samuels constantly went viral on social media, due to his relationship advice. This would draw a lot of criticism, especially from Black women. When news of Samuels’ death went viral, many people went on to celebration that that happened. A week after Samuels’ death, he appeared in a new episode of “Atlanta.”
