During the fall of 2013, Kid Ink finally rose the ranks from mixtape rap to mainstream stardom. Releasing his first two singles with Chris Brown, he found much success with his music. With three major label albums out, four overall, Kid Ink is a hot commodity.

Like all other Los Angeles residents, Kid Ink finds himself in unusual territory as an NBA fan. His Lakers are one of the two worst teams in the league and nowhere near the Finals. California is well-represented in the Golden State Warriors, however.

Kid Ink recently paid a visit to Real 92.3 to speak to Big Boy. They discussed the NBA Finals, which LeBron James and Kyrie Irving just made much more interesting, before Kid Ink also discussed fatherhood. Before the interview ended, he spoke on the growth of his crew, Tha Alumni.
