Nostalgia surrounds the Wu-Tang Clan, as 2013 marks their twentieth anniversary year in hip hop. Method Man promised an album would drop in 2013 to celebrate the anniversary, but that’s not happening. Instead, A Better Tomorrow has been pushed back until 2014.
However, the members of Wu-Tang Clan have made up for the hiatus the crew has entered as a whole. Ghostface Killah and Raekwon have held the crew down, in recent years. Raekwon has an album coming later this year, as does Ghostface Killah with Wu affiliate, Killah Priest.
Together with Ghostface Killah, Killah Priest is working on Planet of the Gods, which is a spiritual album. Earlier this year, the two rappers were reading scriptures while they were on tour and it inspired the album. Killah Priest released a statement about the album he and Ghostface Killah have planned.

“Me and Ghostface started rapping at the same time,” k#llah Priest said. “We were kids back then, but now we’re men. As men, we have to do something to better the world. Fans can take what they want from this project, but what me and Ghost are doing is sharing positive energy to help the people.”
