Kim Kardashian talks about Kanye West’s mention of her in “Cold” [VIDEO]

In his triumphant comeback single, initially titled “Theraflu,” later “Way too Cold,” and finally “Cold,” Kanye West addressed the two-year long rumored relationship with Kim Kardashian. Kanye West said it all with “I’ll admit I fell in love with Kim/’round the same time she had fell in love with him.” Continuing the line with a subtle threat to Kris Humphries, Kim and Kanye were free to express their love.

Since the release of “Cold,” Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have made several appearances together. The two were caught on camera snuggling up at the recent ceremony for the 2012 BET Awards. Kim Kardashian has spoken candidly about her relationship with Kanye West in several interviews. Obviously, Kanye West has been a hit with her family, also.

Recently, a clip of Kim Kardashian speaking on “Cold” leaked to the internet. This clip will likely air in an upcoming episode of her E! series, “Keeping up with the Kardashians.” In the clip, Kim Kardashian giggles about being mentioned in yet another rap song. The difference, however, was Kanye West is one of the few rappers to reference Kim and have a personal relationship with her.
