Word to the wise, don’t mess with Kirk Franklin, ever! Even though he is cool with all of the Plies jokes, Kirk Franklin is different when he comes to his family. As expected, almost anyone with family is very protective of them.

Kirk Franklin is one of the most-recognized gospel entertainers in the world. He sings, raps, and leads a choir, in addition to preaching and has built a very large platform. Recently, he spoke out against the #MuslimBan with some kind and thoughtful words.

In response, a person, who is likely a conservative supporter of the current president and the ban decided to be funny. He made a joke about Kirk Franklin leaving his house unlocked and asked if he had a daughter. Kirk Franklin responded by saying he has a daughter, a way of protecting her, and that person was welcome to come find out in the name of Jesus.
