Man, Klay Thompson is always getting into something. Very likely, his comments motivate LeBron James, two years ago, when he said that LeBron was “in his feelings.” When he made that comment, his team, the Warriors, were up 3-1, and they lost in seven games.
Klay Thompson has kept quiet since then, only showing up to hit clutch baskets. Overlooked are the threes he dropped to send Houston home and to keep Cleveland at bay. The Warriors now have won three championships, since 2015, in four NBA Finals.
After the game, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green spoke to the press. While they were doing their interview, Klay Thompson paused to check stats. Searching himself on Google, Klay Thompson saw he was already being called a “three-time NBA champion,” sharing the news with Draymond.
