When the Golden State Warriors got blown out during their season opener, there were questions of how Klay Thompson fit. They said he was the “odd man out.” Then, when the criticism mounted, Klay worked himself out of his funk.
Since then, Klay Thompson has been playing very well. But, he has lacked the type of spark he had during the 2015 championship season. A lot of indicators are saying Klay now has a spark unlike few have had in the NBA’s entire history.
With the start of the Warriors’ fourth quarter against the Pacers, they already have over 115 points, for starters. Klay Thompson has 60 points and counting and has ample time to break Kobe’s record for second all-time. NBA Twitter is so ready for it.
