Klay Thompson trends on Twitter after his and Steph Curry’s hot shooting sends series to Game 7 #WarriorsvsThunder #DubNation

Coming into tonight’s game, few gave the Golden State Warriors a chance, despite Steph Curry saying they weren’t going out like that. He meant they would not bow down in disappointing fashion to the Thunder. The fans, however, were not convinced.
All postseason long, the 73-9 Golden State Warriors have struggled in the playoffs. A record like this, means dropping game threes in the first two rounds are a bad look. Meanwhile, the Oklahoma City Thunder have been very surprising, stunning the 67-15 Spurs in round two.
Until tonight, the Oklahoma City Thunder looked like the greatest spoilers in NBA history. Had they eliminated the Warriors in six the way they did the Spurs, they’d be locks, by fans and critics, to take the title. But, the Splash Brothers had other plans, as Klay Thompson dropped 41 points, owning Twitter along the way, as they defeated the Thunder 108-101.
