Kodak Black Faces Two Additional 30-Year Prison Sentences for Felony Possession Of a Firearm After Already Being Sentenced to 46 Months This Week for Falsifying Gun Application Information

On November 13, Kodak Black was sentenced to 46 months in prison on federal firearms charges. This is after he falsified gun information on applications. He was originally arrested at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami back in May on these charges.

Things are now getting even worse for the Florida rapper as according to documents received by the Miami Herald, the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office just hit Kodak Black with two felony counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Prosecutors called Kodak a “habitual offender” and faces 30 years for each count charged to him. One count is for a gun purchased back in January and the other is for a gun he was caught with in Miami.

At this point, Kodak looks like he’s finish. He was on his way to superstardom but three everything away after constant mistakes over the years. It’s really sad to see this all unfold.
