College football is back with a new addition and a new sound. After an eleven year hiatus, the EA Sports College Football game series is returning. EA Sports revealed an official commercial teaser for the latest addition, with fans anxious to play. Another unexpected reveal is Kodak Black’s “Skrilla” becoming the official soundtrack for the College Football edition.

This collaboration is another major move for Kodak Black as he continues to reshape his career. Recently, the multi-platinum selling artist has faced legal and substance abuse issues. After refusing drug treatment services, Kodak remained in custody until earlier this year. Upon his release he shared with fans via social media, he is moving forward on a sober path. In 2024, he’s already released multiple singles including “Shampoo”, “Non Believer”, “Stressed Out” and his latest release “Dis Time”.

Although Kodak has plenty of number one singles, “Skrilla” is single that still remains one of his best. Hitting streaming services in 2014, the song has amassed more than 195 million views on YouTube, making it perfect for a soundtrack. The EA Sports College Football 25″ is schedueled for release on July 19th for Playstation 5, XBox Series X and Xbox series 5.
