Kodak Black has been incarcerated since 2019 after he was arrested at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami. He was found to have falsified information on gun applications as several firearms were traced back to him. In November, the Florida rapper was sentenced to 46 months in prison. He has since been moved to an Illinois prison after allegedly suffering abuse at one in Kentucky. He supposedly suffered mouth bleeding, vomiting and lacerations.

Now, Kodak fans are being treated to new music as they go through this long wait for his return home. Kodak reposted a post by fellow Pompano Beach native and Baltimore Ravens Quarterback, Lamar Jackson, to his Instagram story where it states that he will be releasing an album on November 11. It will be titled ‘Bill Is Real.’ Kodak’s real name is Bill K. Kapri.

Kodak’s last album was his ‘Dying To Live‘ project in December 2018. This did extremely well as it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and has since been certified gold by the RIAA in the US. It was led by the mega hit single, “ZEZE,” featuring Travis Scott and Offset. That record reached No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and currently stands at 4x platinum status.
