Kodak Black’s 2017 Smash Hit Single, “Roll In Peace,” Featuring The Late XXXTentacion, Reaches 3x Platinum Certification

Kodak Black has been enjoying life to the fullest ever since being pardoned by Donald Trump back in January. He’s released singles since then such as “Last Day In” and “Every Balmain.” Back in November when he was still incarcerated, Kodak also released his “Bill Israel” album which included appearances from Gucci Mane, Tory Lanez, and more.

Now, the Pompano Beach, FL rapper has another platinum plaque on the way and it’s for a hit that everyone remembers very well from 2017. This is Kodak’s “Roll In Peace” single featuring the late XXXTentacion, who was also a fellow Broward County native. Roll In Peace is now certified 3x platinum by the RIAA in the US. This is after selling 3 million units.

Roll In Peace originally appeared on Kodak’s “Project Baby 2” mixtape that year. That project debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and is currently at platinum status in the US. This served as the sequel to Kodak’s classic mixtape from 2014.
