Kyla Pratt Lands New Fox Comedy Pilot Called ‘Patty’s Auto’; Based On Female Led Car Shop

Kyla Pratt will be back on television, really soon. According to Variety the ‘One on One’ actress has joined the cast of a new Fox comedy pilot. The name of show is called Patty’s Auto.

The upcoming comedy is actually inspired by Patrice Banks and her Girls Auto Clinic business. Banks made news when she she switched careers from being an engineer to a mechanic. She opened up an auto repair shop with all female mechanics.

Already joining a cast that includes Carra Patterson, who’s portraying Banks, along with Joanna P. Adler, Sarah Levy, and Paola Lázaro, Pratt is set to play the younger sister of Patty Banks. Casted as Tiny, Pratt’s character is described as the half sister of Patty. She wears her heart on her sleeve and often clashes with her big sister because of how she treats her like a kid, even when she acts like one at times.

A series that looks to include a lot of comedic hi-jinks, it comes across as sounding very similar to Pratt’s most notable work in ‘One on One’.
