This afternoon, Kyle Rittenhouse was found Not Guilty of all charges, related to his actions in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year. This man killed two people and critically injured another. He traveled from Chicago to Kenosha, with an AK-47.
Kyle Rittenhouse was immediately a controversial figure. It was already a tense situation, as law enforcement nearly killed Jacob Blake, an unarmed black man. When they stood trial, they were found Not Guilty of all charges, so people took to the streets in protest.
Seeing the Kenosha riots, Kyle Rittenhouse was driven to the city. He is actually from Chicago, but came to Wisconsin, where he took two lives. Despite being accused of provoking the people he attacked, Rittenhouse was found Not Guilty of all charges.
In reaction to this, Rittenhouse broke down crying, in relief. Meanwhile, Twitter is hugely upset with this turn of events.
