Kyrie Irving is going to miss the remainder of the season and will miss the entire #NBAPlayoffs, where Celtics expected to contend for title

Well, it looks like the Toronto Raptors are going to hold onto that number one seed, after all. After a brilliant season, where DeRozan and company managed to get wins over Cleveland, Houston, and Boston, it started to fall apart. They choked against Cleveland and Boston.

Throughout the season, the new-look Celtics, led by Kyrie Irving, dominated the NBA’s Eastern Conference. While everybody was thinking Cavs vs. Celtics, LeBron vs. Kyrie, DeMar DeRozan’s Raptors slid into number one. But, they have some good news, now.

Injuries slowed the Celtics, and they fell behind the Raptors. Before their game, last night, a loss, the Celtics were closing in on Toronto for the East’s top spot. But, this afternoon, saw reports of the Celtics losing out on Kyrie Irving for the final few games of the season, and the playoffs.
