Unfortunately, only the Cleveland Cavaliers have shown up for the Eastern Conference Finals, so far. Usually, in the playoffs, the games become more intense as the teams fall off. But, the second round, by far, was much more entertaining than the Conference Finals.
With the Cleveland Cavaliers, at least they didn’t have to hurt a Celtics’ player to get their win. Tonight’s win hurt so much, Isaiah Thomas is being accused of forcing himself out of the game. In a game like tonight’s, it’s easy to forget Kyrie Irving was even on the court.
Kyrie Irving spoke with Kristen Ledlow following the Cavaliers’ 130 to 86 victory. Speaking with Ledlow, Kyrie Irving spoke of how important it was for them to take Game 2 in Boston to go up 2-0, heading home, as they did in 2015. During the interview, he went onto discuss how important focus will be for Game 3.
