L.A. County D.A.’s Office Contemplating Felony Assault Charge Against Tory Lanez After Allegedly Shooting Megan Thee Stallion Last Month; May Be Hard To Do Though Due To Megan Having Her Back Turned and Not Seeing Who Shot Her

It’s been over a month since Megan Thee Stallion was shot in her feet following a house party in Los Angeles she attended with Tory Lanez. Today on Instagram, she posted and deleted photos of one of her damaged feet after people didn’t think her injuries were serious at all. This is after she was seen at an Atlanta nightclub last week as well.

People have claimed that Lanez was the alleged shooter since July as well despite police nor Megan confirming it was him. No footage of him firing any shots have been released either. People only saw Megan’s foot bleeding and Lanez on the ground. He was originally in a car with Megan and another woman as shots were fired from there after an argument.

Lanez was initially charged with carrying a concealed firearm at the scene and now, more charges may be on the way involving supposedly shooting Megan. According to TMZ, the L.A. County D.A.’s Office is considering assume charges against him. This would be labeled as felony assault with a firearm. This comes after prosecutors encouraged LAPD to keep investigating.

One problem that may surface is the fact that Megan mentioned today that she was turned around when shots were fired and she didn’t know who committed the shooting. This potentially causes difficulty in charging Lanez. Social media has already been canceling the Toronto rapper since last month as we even saw a petition surface asking for him to be deported back to Canada. There was a rumor that he was ordered to be deported but that ended up being false.
