Lance Stephenson talks return to Indiana Pacers and apologizes for causing fight after win vs. Raptors #NBA [VIDEO]
First things first, it’s good seeing Lance Stephenson trending on Twitter for basketball. There’s something right about seeing Lance Stephenson playing for the Indiana Pacers, again. Back in 2011, he launched his career with the Pacers.
After a big showing in 2014, Lance Stephenson left Indiana to sign a deal with the Charlotte Hornets. Ironically, the Pacers are currently in the middle of a battle with the Hornets for the final playoff spot. The teams, early tonight, looked like they’d be in opposite positions.
Lance Stephenson is forever getting into something, and tonight was no different. In his first game back with the Pacers, Lance Stephenson helped his team rally from a double digit halftime lead to win the game by double digits. At the end of the game, he scored the ball, despite the shot clock being off, and his team clearly won, inciting a fight with the Raptors, for which he apologized for, postgame.
