LAPD criminologist states he couldn’t find Tory Lanez’s DNA on gun

Friday was officially day 5, of Tory Lanez’ trial, regarding his 2020 case, of him allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion. There have been plenty of surprising developments this week, and Friday came with plenty more.

According to TMZ, LAPD criminologist, Randy Zepeda swabbed the gun at the scene, for possible DNA. He revealed that he couldn’t find any of Tory’s, on the magazine of it, He added that DNA testing of the gun overall, was inconclusive. This also comes as gun residue was reportedly found on both Tory and Meg’s former friend, Kelsey Harris.

Kelsey has also been testifying this week. She also went on to state that she saw Tory shot at Meg. That comes after a tape was played of her speaking to prosecutors, back in September. This comes after stating this week, that she made some incorrect statements, due to her being intoxicated on the night of the shooting. At the time, Kelsey was in the same car as Megan and Tory.

Kelsey stated at the time, that Tory also threatened to shoot her. That came after she supposedly defended Megan, after Tory was making fun of her. His exact words were said to be”My n****, I’m gonna shoot you.” Meg and Tory soon started clowning each other’s roles in the music industry. Kelsey soon saw shots fired outside of the car, done by Tory. After that went down, Tory allegedly assaulted Kelsey, and supposedly offered each of them $1 million in hush money.

If convicted, Tory could serve a 22-year sentence. He initially plead not guilty to two felonies in November 2020, but was recently hit with a third, before the trial began.
